Went to another shop first and the quote didn’t feel right. Came here for a second opinion and I’m glad I did. They found the actual issue, explained everything clearly, and saved me money. Fast, honest, and no pressure. I’ll be back ??

If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, I highly recommend Ross at Japanese Auto. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the work he does. Brought my civic in for an oil change and to see why the service engine light came on. Ross let me know that the oil was very low and dirty, which caused the light to come on. Fast efficient service! Highly recommended.

My brakes were squeaking. I took my car to a Shop on the same road as Asian Auto. I was quoted $1300 for the back brakes. They were pushing me to apply for a credit card. AS I was leaving I stopped in at Asian Autos. They took my car right then and did a great job. For half the amount the other shop. I found my new auto mechanic! Nice, knowledgeable, good work and HONEST.

I drive a 1984 Nissan Pulsar with over 300,000 miles on her. When it needed a major part replacement, I looked everywhere. (It is hard to find parts on a 42 year old car!) Ross was terrific about helping me find what I needed. Thank you so much, Ross. You are a gentleman!
